You will need to ask the chefs ahead of time for some of these, because they aren't all available in every location*, but they will do their best to get what they can for you. Again, start your phone calls to the chefs at least two weeks before your arrival date.

*In fact, a chef at Wolfgang Puck Express in Disney's West Side is trying to get me the Follow Your Heart cheese for my pizza! He had no idea they carried such a thing, but he's looking into it.

I'll be sure to let everyone know how it turns out!

Returning to WDW

I know I've been completely inactive post-wise lately, but thankfully I should have a bunch of new material to write about soon.

We're set to go back to Disney World in a couple weeks. If anyone has any vegan-related questions or anything they would like me to check into while I'm down there, please let me know. I'll do my best to find the answers for you.

Until then!
